Dinner and Keynote speaker Doug Tallamy, the T. A. Baker Professor of Agriculture in the Department of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware. New York Times, Best Selling Author of Nature's Bets Hope! 

Tickets are $125 for pre-orders and $165 after April 1, 2025

Buffet Style Dinner including:

Salad:

Chicken Caesar - Romaine lettuce with a creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, olives, grilled chicken breast, red onion, cherry tomatoes and Houde-made croutons

Entrees:

1) Chicken Fettuccini - Juicy chicken breast and asparagus atop fettuccini pasta  covered in a Parmesan cream sauce.

2) Garlic Shrimp Linguini - Sauteed shrimp in a garlic sauce with mushrooms, peppers, spinach, onions and tomatoes. Topped with Parmesan cheese.

3) Spaghetti and Meatballs - Beef and pork meatballs in a house marinara sauce atop a bed of spaghetti.
